What to expect

Booking
Fill out a quick questionnaire so we can understand your baby’s current routine, sleep environment, and goals.

Intake forms
You’ll complete a short intake form and track your baby’s sleep and feedings for 3 days, giving us a clear picture of what a full 24-hour routine looks like.

DESIGN
Plan Review Call
We’ll meet for your 60-minute plan review call to walk through your personalized sleep plan, answer questions, and create a clear path forward.

Moving Forward
You’ll begin implementing your plan with clear guidance, helping you feel confident, consistent, and supported as progress unfolds.
Move forward with your plan
After your purchase is complete, we’ll personally coordinate scheduling details and next steps based on your family’s needs.
You’ll receive intake forms, sleep logs, and scheduling details after purchase.
Consultations may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations and missed appointments are non-refundable.
