You’re Exhausted—And You’ve Tried Everything
Sleep struggles can feel overwhelming—especially when you’re running on empty, questioning everything, and hearing conflicting advice from every direction.
You may be:
– Dreading bedtime
– Googling every sleep question at 2 a.m.
– Wondering if you’re creating bad habits
– Feeling anxious when your baby starts to protest
– Unsure which advice to trust anymore
Sleep training is not just practical—it’s deeply emotional. You do not have to navigate it alone.
A Different Approach to Sleep Support
Sleep support should feel guided, responsive, and rooted in real clinical understanding—not rigid methods or one-size-fits-all plans.
— Personalized Sleep Support by a Registered Nurse
— Tailored to your baby’s development and temperament — Gentle, responsive approaches (never one-size-fits-all)
— Real-time adjustments based on your baby’s needs
— Support that considers feeding, growth, and maternal recovery

This is not about “training” your baby—it’s about guiding sleep in a way that feels right for both of you.

“I was dreading every night. Our baby would only sleep in short stretches, and I felt completely exhausted and overwhelmed trying to figure out what was normal. Having Sunny in our home changed everything. She helped us understand our baby’s cues, created a calm nighttime rhythm, and supported us without pressure or rigid rules. Within two weeks, we were all getting longer stretches of sleep—trust the process."

"Sunny and the Postpartum Network team provided invaluable care and support to my family when we welcomed our third child. This was our first time using a night nurse service, and my husband and I agree that it's one of the best decisions we've made. I was able to heal faster from my c-section, and the entire family benefited from the extra rest we received. Sunny and our nurse team went above and beyond to check in on baby and me throughout the fourth trimester in addition to sharing recommendations and real-time insights on everything from swaddles and pacifiers to breastfeeding, which made the first 12 weeks much more enjoyable. One of the biggest benefits we received from PPN was help with sleep training. Because of their support, my baby is a good sleeper! I am recommending PPN to all of my friends."

“Our baby was so fussy in the evenings, and nothing we tried seemed to help. We were constantly second-guessing ourselves and getting conflicting advice from everywhere. The support we received felt completely different—gentle, responsive, and grounded in real understanding. They helped us adjust our routine, feeding, and sleep approach in a way that actually worked for our baby. Our nights have become calmer, and we feel relief knowing everyone will sleep!"

“As first-time parents, we were so worried about creating bad sleep habits, but we also didn’t feel comfortable with the cry it out method. The guidance we received felt aligned with what we wanted—supportive, effective, and straight forward. Having an experienced RN walk us through what was developmentally appropriate and adjust things in real time made such a difference. Within days our baby began sleeping longer stretches. The real time support and check-ins made the biggest difference.”

What age can a baby work with a sleep consultant? Sleep support may begin when your baby is developmentally ready and meets the requirements for the selected service. Some babies are ready for sleep support as early as 10 weeks of age, while others may benefit from waiting until closer to 4 months. Every child is different, which is why our recommendations are based on your baby's age, development, feeding needs, and your family's goals. We always recommend discussing significant sleep changes with your pediatrician before beginning a sleep plan.

Do you help with feeding schedules and routines? Yes. Sleep and feeding are closely connected, especially during infancy. Your sleep support plan may include guidance on feeding routines, schedule adjustments, age-appropriate wake windows, and creating a more predictable daily routine.
Is sleep support available outside of Tennessee? Yes. Families worldwide can work with us through our virtual sleep support option. In-home services, including Guided Sleep Support and Overnight RN Support, are available exclusively to local families in Middle Tennessee.
How do I get started? Getting started is simple. First, schedule a Private Sleep Consultation so we can learn more about your family's needs and goals. After the consultation, we'll recommend the sleep support option that best fits your situation and guide you through the next steps to begin your personalized plan.
