Service Description
This 30-minute consultation is designed to explore the type of support that would best serve your family. We’ll talk through your current needs, your goals, and walk you through what working together could look like—whether that’s overnight newborn care, sleep support, or a combination of both. This is a dedicated time to ask questions, gain clarity, and feel confident in your next step. Please note: individualized sleep guidance is not provided during this consultation. You’ll receive a link after booking.
Cancellation Policy
All consultations are scheduled in advance and reserved specifically for your family. Your 30-minute private consultation is $120 and is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Because each consultation time is held exclusively for you, all bookings are non-refundable. If you need to make a change, we’re happy to accommodate rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours in advance, based on availability. Consultations are designed to explore your family’s needs, answer general questions, and determine the most appropriate level of support. Individualized sleep guidance is not provided during this session. While our team consists of Registered Nurses, this consultation does not provide medical advice. For medical concerns, we always recommend consulting your child’s physician. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
