1-on-1 Complementary Consultation 

By visiting and using www.postpartumnetwork.com (hereinafter the “website”), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The term “client” or “you” refers to anyone who uses, visits, and or views the website. By using our Complementary Consultation, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Postpartum Network, LLC (“company”, “I”, “we”, or “us”) reserves the right to modify, update, or change these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice, and such modifications will become effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review the most current version of these terms periodically for updates.

DISCLAIMER:

The information provided by Postpartum Network, LLC or any employee representing Postpartum Network, LLC is for educational purposes only and is not intended to be substituted for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our platform and services provide education and should not replace the medical judgment of a licensed healthcare provider who is evaluating a patient. The parent/guardian is responsible for seeking appropriate medical attention when they are concerned about their child. Any opinion about any products, services, or consultants is based on our personal experience and is NOT an endorsement of the suitability of the product, service, or consultant for your needs. Please do your own research.

AGREEMENT AND CONTRACT: 

By purchasing and participating in the Complementary Consultation, you warrant that you have read and reviewed this Agreement and that you are agreeing to be bound by it. If you do not agree to be bound by this Agreement, please cease your participation in the Complementary Consultation service immediately. If you do so after purchase, you will not be entitled to any refund. By enrolling in and/or participating in the Complementary Consultation provided by Postpartum Network, LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following contract:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Postpartum Network offers a Complementary Consultation where we will contact you via your preferred method (phone call or virtual Zoom meeting) for a 15-minute session with a Registered Nurse. During this session, we aim to provide guidance and answers to your newborn care questions. Please note the following:

 

·  We strive to address your biggest concern within the 15-minutes, we may not be able to cover more than one due to time constraints.

·  Questions must be related to topics such as Sleep, Feeding, Soothing, Safety, Diapering, Bathing, and establishing a routine. We will not answer questions related to anything outside of the topics listed above.

·  Please be aware that we do not provide medical advice. Our Registered Nurses offer general guidance and support for newborn care, but for any specific medical concerns, it is advisable to consult with your healthcare professional.

PAYMENT:

1-on-1 Complimentary Consultation is a free 15-minute call for new clients. ​

​

ATTENDEE POLICY:

The Complementary Consultation is available for expectant parents/new parents. No other family members or friends can be present during the session.

​

RECORDING AND SHARING: 

We do not authorize any screen recording, videotaping, or sharing of our service content.

​

PET POLICY: 

To ensure a focused and distraction-free session, we kindly request that all pets be in another area of the house during our time together.

​

SALES FINAL: 

All sales of products and services through our website (www.postpartumnetwork.com) or via Paylink sent directly to the email address provided by the client are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for services purchased on the website or via paylink. Failure to use the product or service the client purchased from Postpartum Network, LLC does not exempt the client from payment of any associated charges.

SCHEDULING PROCESS:

The client can select a date and time from those available on our calendar for the Complementary Consultation.

​

RESCHEDULING POLICY:

·       The client must email us to request a rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance of the originally scheduled date of service.

·       We will do our best to offer another date and time based on availability, but we make NO guarantee that rescheduling is possible, and no refunds will be issued for any reason.

​

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY FOR VIRTUAL CALLS AND PHONE CALLS:

·       Clients must ensure they are available for virtual calls or phone calls during the selected date and time. 

·       On the date and time of service Postpartum Network, LLC will attempt to contact the client 2 times via the contact preference specified by the client.

·       Clients are responsible for having a working internet connection and a functioning device.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK:

Participation in the Complementary Consultation involves physical activity and practical demonstrations of Newborn Care. There is an inherent risk associated with any physical activity, and participants assume all such risks voluntarily. Postpartum Network, LLC, its instructors, employees, and owner shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the course, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death. The Client hereby agrees that you will not file a lawsuit or any other legal action or otherwise against Postpartum Network, LLC, its employees, and its owner in the event of an unintentional accident, injury, or death.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY: 

Participants are responsible for their own actions and decisions while participating in the Complementary Consultation and in real-life situations. Postpartum Network, LLC, its instructors, employees, and owner cannot be held liable for any outcomes resulting from the use or misuse of information or techniques taught in the course. 

 

SERVICE CONTENT:

Postpartum Network, LLC strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information in the Complementary Consultation. However, the course content may not always reflect the latest developments, guidelines, or medical research. Participants should independently verify and update their knowledge and skills to ensure they comply with the most current, up-to-date standards and recommendations.

EXTERNAL LINKS AND REFERENCES:

The Complementary Consultation may include references or links to external websites, resources, or publications. Postpartum Network, LLC does not control or endorse the content of such external sources and cannot be held responsible for their accuracy, reliability, or availability.

NO SHARING OF MATERIALS:

The information and any of its accompanying materials may not be shared with any party. If we suspect that the information or Materials are being shared and/or that you have shared your log-in information with any party, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your access to our website, in our sole and exclusive discretion. We do not offer any promises or guarantees regarding our Service or Course Materials. You hereby acknowledge and agree:

A) You are solely and exclusively responsible for the choices that you make with regard to this information/Course, the Materials contained within it, or any significant changes to your business or life;

B) You are solely and exclusively responsible for your own mental health, physical health, business decisions, and any other actions or inaction you choose to take;

C) We are not liable for any result or non-result or any consequences which may come about due to your participation in the Complementary Consultation;

D) This Course does not constitute a therapeutic relationship or a medical one. We do not provide therapy or medical services and you are responsible for procuring these services at your own will and discretion if needed.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

You agree that the Materials, the Course, the Website, and any other Services provided by Postpartum Network, LLC are the property of Postpartum Network, LLC, including all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, and other intellectual property. You agree that Postpartum Network, LLC owns all rights, titles, and interests, and you will not use any of the property for an unlawful or infringing purpose. You agree not to reproduce or distribute any of the course materials in any way, including electronically or via registration of any new trademarks, trade names, service marks, or Uniform Resource Locators (URLs), without express written permission from Postpartum Network, LLC.

ACCEPTABLE USE:

You agree not to use the Service, Course, or Website for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to use the Course or the Website in any way that could damage the Course, Website, Services, or general business of Postpartum Network, LLC. You agree not to use the Course or the Website: to harass, abuse, or threaten others or otherwise violate any person's legal rights; to violate any intellectual property rights of Postpartum Network, LLC or any third party; to upload or otherwise disseminate any computer viruses or other software that may damage the property of another; to perpetrate any fraud; to engage in or create any unlawful gambling, sweepstakes, or pyramid scheme; to publish or distribute any obscene or defamatory material; to publish or distribute any material that incites violence, hate, or discrimination towards any group; and/or to unlawfully gather information about others.

TERM, TERMINATION, AND SUSPENSION:

Postpartum Network, LLC may terminate this Agreement with you at any time for any reason, with or without cause. Postpartum Network, LLC specifically reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if you violate any of the terms outlined herein, including, but not limited to, violating the intellectual property rights of us or a third party, failing to comply with applicable laws or other legal obligations, and/or publishing or distributing illegal material. You may also terminate this Agreement at any time by contacting us and requesting termination. At the termination of this Agreement, any provisions that would be expected to survive termination by their nature shall remain in full force and effect. Please be advised that terminating this Agreement does not entitle you to a refund on any monies spent with Postpartum Network, LLC.

NO WARRANTIES:

You agree that your participation in the Course and your use of the Website is at your sole and exclusive risk and that any Services provided by Postpartum Network, LLC are on an "As Is" basis. Postpartum Network, LLC makes no warranties that the Course or Website will meet your needs or that the Course or Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We also make no warranties as to the reliability or accuracy of any information in the Course or on the Website. You agree that any damage that may occur to you, through your computer system, or as a result of the loss of your data from your participation in the Course or your use of the Website is your sole responsibility and that we are not liable for any such damage or loss.

 

By participating in the Service or Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this legal disclaimer, agreement, and contract, releasing Postpartum Network LLC, its instructors, employees, staff, and all affiliates of these entities from any liability, claim, or demand arising from your participation in the course or any related activities. If you do not agree with any part of this disclaimer, please refrain from participating in the Complementary Consultation. This legal disclaimer is governed by the laws of Postpartum Network, LLC and any disputes arising from it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
